		<description>Thanks for posting this video. I would agree that it&#039;s important to be consistent with posting frequency. Even more important is choosing a frequency that encourages consumption. 

The example of 62 post in a day is impressive, but I would doubt that it encourages readers to actually read the posts. It almost sounds like throwing out a bunch of stuff to see what sticks....

Posting daily (M-F) makes the most sense when considering the schedules of most people. It becomes a little reading material to go along with that morning latte, or something to browse over lunch.</description>
