Bassam Mirghani of Livshows tells us how they make it easy for creatives and agencies to create and publish augmented reality content for marketing campaigns or brand experiences.
Tell us about how you founded Livshows.
Bassam Mirghani: I started Livshows after attending an AR/VR conference and saw most tools were built for developers. It was a huge barrier to adoption for content creators, designers, and brands who did not code. After speaking to colleagues in the creative community who also recognized the complexity of creating and publishing augmented reality experiences, I decided to build Livshows.
Do you have small habits that made a meaningful impact on your life and business?
Bassam Mirghani: Digital Fasting for a full day at least once a month, working in tech and constantly surrounded by technology could be draining. Taking purposeful breaks from anything digital for a complete 24 hours is where I saw the benefits. I was more motivated, creative and productive when I went back to work.
How are you funding your growth?
Bassam Mirghani: We recently closed our first round of investment; this was a significant milestone that will enable us to grow and scale.
