How to Think More about Your Clients Rather Than Your Revenue

Anzhelika Yelina WAMP

Anzhelika Yelina of WAMP tells us about its full-cycle creative marketing agency.

Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded WAMP.

Anzhelika Yelina: In 2015, I joined an advertising agency as a marketer, and after 2 years of work there, I became CMO with a team of 15 people. We managed to launch 72 projects, and in 2017, I founded my marketing agency WAMP.

Do you have small habits that made a meaningful impact on your life and business?

Anzhelika Yelina: My biggest habit is my job. I even worked in the maternity ward, and I always tried to get better results than clients’ expectations.

How does WAMP market its product/services online?

Anzhelika Yelina: We write articles and case studies for media and collect customer reviews. In 4 years, we have managed to get 40 real reviews for Google Business and 7 on Clutch.

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?

Anzhelika Yelina: Our main tool is analytics and call tracking. Trello also helps us manage tasks inside the team.

What is your hiring policy/process, and how do you retain your employees?

Anzhelika Yelina: We are as open as possible to our employees and have been working on a trusting relationship and an open system of motivation for the fifth year.

How are you funding your growth?

Anzhelika Yelina: We participate in digital forums and competitions.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Anzhelika Yelina: Our competitors are the main marketing agencies in Ukraine, these are Banda agency and Fedoriv, but we have a very individual approach, we are a family boutique agency, there is no change of employees and a client can write to me after 5 years, and I will help with any question.

Tell us a customer success story of yours.

Anzhelika Yelina: We work on a 24/7 schedule, as our clients are in Europe and America in different time zones, and we always try to do more than what is expected. For example, we always set up Google Analytics & goals for free when developing a website. When launching advertising, we recommend and set up other tracking tools to evaluate the quality of online advertising and optimize it properly.

Your final thoughts?

Anzhelika Yelina: Do what you love, what you are keen on, and enjoy the results!
