Hitesh Goyal: Thank you for asking. I am good, and everything works well for now. I hope all things are going well on your side as well.
Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded Ambient Infotech.
Hitesh Goyal: I am the Founder of Ambient Infotech with 12+ years of experience in the E-commerce development field. In my career after my Master’s, I took up a development job in a startup company, where I learned about company management and development too. Then one day, I thought, why can’t I launch a startup in the same field because I believe in myself. My passion is my work, and for this, I can achieve anything. With the same thought, I started a company in 2014 called Ambient Infotech. I have completed a total 8 years in this company, and we have accomplished a lot in each step.
Today, we have a capable team to represent our services in the market with 100% satisfaction.
How does Ambient Infotech market its product/services online?
Hitesh Goyal: Our company provides service only which is related to the E-commerce field, that is, web development, web design, Module development/customization, API & CRM integration/development, Maintenance of website, Server security, Mobile App development in IOS/Android and many more in E-commerce field. Platforms we deal with are Magento, Shopify, WordPress, PHP, Laravel, Codeigniter, Woo-commerce, HTML, CSS, Graphics, etc.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how did you get through it?
Hitesh Goyal: Most companies started to work from home when COVID was in the first phase. This was when there was a lock-down. During that time, we faced a few problems like communication gap, working flow gap, and operating efficiency was affected. However, after a few months, we planned management for WFH, especially where the company provided Hardware & Internet connections to each employee to ensure efficiency at work. We planned weekly meetings/activities/appraisals to maintain employee interest in the company & work.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?
Hitesh Goyal: For online marketing, specifically, we are using less in paid terms. We are supported by certified partners who are good reputed brands in e-commerce. They help us reach out to good customers. For more reach, we use SEO and SMO for our business to grow in the market.
We also use a few social media marketing tools like Sprout Social, Loomly, Audience, Hubspot, lemlist, etc.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Hitesh Goyal: Each successful Brand is our competitor, and we are not fighting to compete with them. We are growing for ourselves in the market to make a significant value in IT. If anyone wants to stay in any game, they must keep learning to an infinite point. We have to face new challenges daily and achieve as per demand and adapt to all unique technologies related to our field. According to me in one line, I can say:” Learn+Challenge+Adapt” will help you grow and stand at the top in the market.
