Jorian Goes of TicketSnipers on Traffic Court Simplified

Jorian Goes TicketSnipers

Jorian Goes of TicketSnipers tells us how to beat California traffic ticket.

Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded TicketSnipers.

Jorian Goes: Being able to provide a valuable service to the public and solid employment for our local community has been life-changing. Early in life, I was exposed to the aggressively escalating monetary fines associated with traffic tickets issued in California. Hearing about drivers’ struggles when addressing these tickets without guidance ignited my desire to help and provide California drivers an affordable option to contest their violations.

Do you have small habits that made a meaningful impact on your life and business?

Jorian Goes: Stress and anxiety are part of everyday life. I’ve become comfortable operating in this environment and embrace the challenge daily. I take on one issue at a time and don’t allow the stress to consume my life.

How does TicketSnipers market its products/services online?

Jorian Goes: Our website, TicketSnipers.com is key. We consistently innovate, and one of the most helpful communities that drive our innovation is direct customer feedback. Being proactive has benefits, but you cannot prepare or conceptualize every obstacle. Most of the innovation has come through customer feedback sprinkled with trial and error.

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?

Jorian Goes: Time management is key. Stress is involved in all aspects of the business. Being prepared for situations and being proactive has been helpful.

What is your hiring policy/process, and how do you retain your employees?

Jorian Goes: Every small business faces adversity. Our greatest struggle seems to stem from our strongest quality. Perhaps our company’s greatest asset is the strong group of individuals working on the ground level to keep the business moving forward. When you have such a tightly knit, capable group of people, it can be a challenging environment for new members to join our team.

It has been a work in progress, but we have learned that patience pays off when seeking out the right people. We want to ensure that  Ticket Snipers is a great experience for our clients and employees alike, and we have worked tirelessly to achieve and maintain that.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Jorian Goes: We have competitors throughout the state of California. We regularly upgrade our systems and focus on efficiency through technology.

Tell us a customer success story of yours.

Jorian Goes: A client received a speed ticket with their kids in the car. She was adamant that it was a mistake, and unfortunately, she didn’t challenge her camera ticket, so this ticket was a big deal. She believed she did not commit the violation that was charged. After searching for a way to defend herself, she found Ticket Snipers. We helped her challenge her ticket for dismissal, and her relief, joy, and excitement for the dismissal was refreshing.

I believe she received her decision on St. Patrick’s Day and a check for the entire ticket amount. We like to joke that we found the gold at the end of the rainbow together. Not having the ticket on her driving record was the best news.

Your final thoughts?

Jorian Goes: At the end of the day, we are all in this together and should extend equal respect. Always keep a positive attitude and be humble.
