Marga Cerdo: We are doing fine, and things are returning to normal in daily life.
Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded Click-Mallorca.com.
Marga Cerdo: I founded it in 2012 when there were not still many online companies dedicated to offering tours and activities. All the team had a good experience on excursions in the resort, and some had a good online background, so we put together all those skills. Marga Cerdo: We do a mix of different methods: organic traffic, paid traffic, and social media, and we do collaborations with local bloggers from the island. Part of it is done in-house, and we also have strategic external partners.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how did you get through it?
Marga Cerdo: Obviously, the coronavirus affected our overall results, but since last year numbers are growing very fast, and we are so far over the figures we did in 2019. So we are really happy with the results. Even during the pandemic, we continued working on the different areas of the company, and this is now bringing results.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?
Marga Cerdo: We have an in-house system specially designed for us. For analytics, we have different dashboards, and then we have some automatization tools.
