Nitin Jain: I am an MBA-Marketing with over 15 years of global experience in Public Relations (PR) and Digital Marketing. I have worked on numerous projects from India and abroad, from end-to-end corporate communication strategy implementation to digital marketing services.

Do you have small habits that made a meaningful impact on your life and business?
Nitin Jain: I feel the morning routine of an entrepreneur is one of the most critical factors in his success. How you feel in the first 2 hours of your morning is how your entire day will go. I have been following a fixed Yoga and Meditation regime in my mornings for more than 5 years now, and I feel energized throughout the day thanks to this practice.
My mentor has also taught me that small things add up to make big things. I always place ethical practices in every business process we do in IPD. Playing fair in business helps build brand value; therefore, I try to be honest and dedicated to every task I do.

Nitin Jain: Each candidate goes through multi-level interviews, followed by a final discussion with the reporting manager. The induction and training depend on the profile of the new joiner. We also maintain our internal team HR portal for effective communication.

How are you funding your growth?
Nitin Jain: India PR Distribution is self-funded at present. We have received interest from some investors, so talks are underway with a few investors with whom our interests and goals align.

Nitin Jain: India PR Distribution recently carried out a PR campaign for one of India’s iconic Bollywood and national personalities. The PR was regarding him endorsing a footwear brand. The campaign received an excellent response, and the client was really happy with the media exposure IPD helped him achieve.
