Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded NCSofttech.
Naresh Chauhan: I am Naresh Chauhan. I belong to a small village in Himachal Pradesh named “Ganali.” I have done my secondary education in my village and then the rest of my education in Delhi. I started my career as an SEO trainee in Oct ‘2010 and started my own business in 2019.

Naresh Chauhan: I have an entire team of digital marketing. My digital teams comprise with the following department:-

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how did you get through it?
Naresh Chauhan: Yes coronavirus pandemic affected our business by almost 50%, but we didn’t pause any marketing activities. Instead of pausing, we have increased the promotion activities by double, so now we are in a good position.
What specific tools are you using for your online marketing?
Naresh Chauhan: We are using SEMRUSH, Ubersuggest, Keywords Planner, iWebcheck, ScreamingFrog, GTMetrix, Moz, ahref etc.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Naresh Chauhan: There are a lot of competitors in the market, so you can’t count. To stay in the game, we have a unique marketing strategy, and most importantly, we used to keep ourselves up to date according to the current trend, algorithm updates & upcoming updates.
