Slava Podmurnyi, CEO & Co-founder of Visartech Inc tells us how the service company creates SaaS products, web/mobile apps, interactive experiences, and Web3 solutions. 

Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded Visartech.

Slava Podmurnyi: The story of Visartech started in 2010. Observing different companies delivering their services, my partner and I wanted to come up with another way of providing software solutions. 

Initially, our services were focused on the development of visual solutions. Such types of applications could reproduce real-life situations in simulated environments. And thereby provide end-users with interactivity and fantastic engagement. 

After a while, we realized that the key to great user experience lies in the rightly developed architecture of an app. That’s why we shifted our focus to delivering full-scale services involving the development of all app elements. 

Finally, Visartech became a software development agency that creates high-tech solutions forming complex ecosystem software applications for businesses. 

Do you have small habits that made a meaningful impact on your life and business?

Slava Podmurnyi: As a developer, I happened to study how to organize my work well and increase daily productivity. 

A regular to-do list along with the eat that frog technique is what helps me to keep my work efficient. I write down all daily tasks and check on their fulfilment at the end of the day. By starting off with the most complicated ones, I manage to improve my performance and avoid having such tough days. 

How does Visartech market its product/services online? 

Slava Podmurnyi: Generally, we hardly ever take advantage of advertising campaigns to promote the services. Our company nurtures relationships with clients through valuable content shared by experts.

Therefore, we pay lots of attention to our corporate website, adding a great variety of useful materials. For instance, articles, how-to guides, case studies, and so on. 

Clients get useful content from qualified experts. It includes tech insights from a business perspective. This way, they find out how to advance their business processes and keep abreast of the raising innovations. 

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?

Slava Podmurnyi: With different traffic resources available, it might be difficult to highlight the key tools. As a rule, to lead marketing campaigns, we choose an instrument depending on the specific traffic channels, target audience, and purposes. 

Moreover, our marketing strategy is based on Inbound and Outbound approaches. The first one involves hard work on valuable content and a user-friendly website. 

The outbound marketing team deals with potential customers who might be interested in our services but they’re not actively looking for solutions to solve their problems. This approach helps us to expand our audience and transform interest in our company into action.

What is your hiring policy/process and how do you retain your employees?

Slava Podmurnyi: Our hiring policy is reliant on the soft skills and talents of potential team members. When seeking new teammates we make sure that people are really talented at doing the job they are hired for. This approach helps us to build a strong team of enthusiastic professionals.

For that reason, we invest a large amount of the company’s income in our team. Learning new technologies or innovative approaches help employees to stay highly engaged in their work and thereby make a positive impact on the company’s development.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Slava Podmurnyi: It’s important to note that the demand for our services is greater than the quantity supplied. That’s why we focus on building long-term partnerships with our customers rather than competition. 

Visartech aims to provide intelligent business solutions tailored to their specific needs. Thus to make customers feel really excited about having software products developed by our team. 

Putting the customer at the heart of our business development has led to a high level of customer loyalty. 86 % of our customers are the ones we’ve already worked with.

Slava Podmurnyi: Over 12+ years Visartech has delivered lots of software products in different industries. One of the most interesting projects we’ve got in the sports industry is a golf simulation platform. 

Though challenging, our team managed to provide a customer with a robust sports software product. We helped to create a simulation platform that unites various software solutions under a single ecosystem for golf enthusiasts. Having one profile within the app, a user can practice on a driving range, view game stats, observe progress, take part in different challenges, and communicate with other golfers. 

The thing we’re proud of in this project is that we met all client’s needs and delivered such a great solution. Moreover, the true success of this project is shown through the annual Golf Digest Editors’ Choice “Best in Golf” award, which our partner has been receiving since 2017.

Slava Podmurnyi: On a final note, I would encourage businesses to follow a customer-oriented approach since they steer companies in the direction of success. Create products that bring true value to people and build a community around your business. What’s more important, make sure your solutions fit your business model.
