Tell us about you, your career, and how you joined Gojee.
Cynthia Baux: I’ve been in charge of digital marketing at Gojee for a year now. After obtaining my master’s degree, I wanted to work for a human-sized company with a young work dynamic. I wanted to work in a start-up with great prospects for development, which I found perfectly at Gojee!
How does Gojee market its products/services online?
Cynthia Baux: We market everything on our website. Our aim is to provide a fully digital offer to entrepreneurs.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how did you get through it?
Cynthia Baux: During the pandemic, the entrepreneurial sector was still active as people continued to start their businesses. On top of that, the pandemic allowed many people to create their start-ups, and the 100% digital side of Gojee obviously gave them the reassurance to get started quickly!
What specific tools, software and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?
Cynthia Baux: We mainly use Hubspot CRM for mailings and Semrush for data analysis. In addition, we use software such as WordPress and Poptin for our website. We use Photoshop and Adobe to do everything that has to do with photo management!
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Cynthia Baux: We have several competitors who have been on the market for a long time and who have made their mark. Our trump card for staying in the game is the emphasis on A to Z support for entrepreneurs.
