AB Lieberman of Clicks Talent tells us how they maintain a close and personal relationship with our clients and influencers.
First of all, how are you and your family doing?
AB Lieberman: My family and I are doing great! My wife and I just got Covid after 2.5 years of traveling and avoiding it, but we are doing fine!
Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded Clicks Talent.
AB Lieberman: I am 26 years old and currently living between Israel, Amsterdam, and LA. I started Clicks Talent about 5 years ago while in the military. Multiple companies hired me to recruit talent for their new social media platforms. I realized there was a need, so I opened my company to focus on sourcing talented creators for new social media platforms. After a while, I started working with Musical.ly influencers (now TikTok), and when TikTok exploded, we began running brand and music promotions with our influencers.
How does Clicks Talent market its product/services online?
AB Lieberman: We use a combination of social media presence + Facebook/Instagram ads.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how did you get through it?
AB Lieberman: It actually helped. By having so many people at home and on their devices, our influencers grew, and our clients wanted to spend more on marketing on TikTok.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?
AB Lieberman: I love using Todoist for myself and my team.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
AB Lieberman: When it comes to sourcing creators for social media platforms, we have no competitors. However, in the TikTok promotion space, most of our competitors are well-established agencies that have worked in influencer representation for much longer.
Your final thought?
AB Lieberman: I appreciate the opportunity to tell my story. TikTok is ever-evolving but is not the last app. Some new ones are boiling just under the surface, and they are about to explode.
