First of all, how are you and your family doing?
Dominik Dragičević: I am fine, but as a CEO of a company am always busy, and my time with the family sometimes suffers, but I try to make up for it during weekends.
Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded CoreLine.
Dominik Dragičević: Filip, a good friend of mine, and I started CoreLine back in 2016 after working together at the same company as full-stack developers. Since then, we have had great exponential growth, and nowadays, I can proudly say that CoreLine is one of the top software companies in the region.
How does CoreLine market its product/services online?
Dominik Dragičević: CoreLine uses B2B platforms, websites, and LinkedIn to keep connections with everyone who could be a potential customer and who would need our expertise.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how did you get through it?
Dominik Dragičević: The situation with the pandemic of coronavirus luckily did not affect my business in any way. On the opposite, we had growth when it came to the number of people and clients. Also, we have moved to the bigger office.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?
Dominik Dragičević: To attract new clients, we are trying to keep up to date with current marketing trends. We use tools such as Canva, Slack, and marketing analytics like Google Analytics, etc. Skills like creativity, teamwork, and communication are crucial for good marketing management. Also, I think having good online marketing for us is vital because of our presence in the first place on Google, B2B platforms, and social media.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Dominik Dragičević: Our competitors are primarily mid-size software companies like ours. Our plan for the future to stay competitive is to keep learning, developing, and expanding our team and, at the same time, also focus on better understanding our client’s needs. Our good results and awards will keep us on track.
