Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded THATWARE.
Tuhin Banik: I am a professional in both on-page and off-page SEO and a Search Engine Optimization specialist. I have over 10 years of experience with this workstation and am an expert in reviewing, improving, analyzing, actionable tasks, keyword selection, link wheel development, press release production and submission, and so on.
My favorite feature is that I have complete control and enthusiasm over the site’s performance on Google, Pingdom, and Gtmetrix.
Because I am fully aware that competition is increasing, I make every effort to stay up to date by utilizing technical tools in order to remain on Google’s first page. So yet, none of my clients have found any reason to complain about my work.
I am a dedicated professional SEO specialist that is constantly eager to learn more about my field. I am aware of my job and its processes, and I am always looking for ways to improve them.
In 2015, I first came up with the idea of blending SEO with artificial intelligence, which could be the future of digital marketing. With the invention of AI-driven search technology, our founder formed the first virtual company named A2Zfeeds. After a quick span of 6 months, Google rewarded the venture as one of the promising premium partners in the digital marketing space. With the increasing demand for advanced SEO and this technology of AI in search, I launched THATWARE, headquartered in Kolkata, India. In 6 months, it was also launched in 2 other states, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Also, a lot of media interactions were being prevailed by this time.

Tuhin Banik: I have a knack for providing values to the people who are more creative and unique, and I prefer them mostly to utilize their potential to grow my business
How does THATWARE market its products/services online?
Tuhin Banik: I generally prefer my services promoted through organic channels. Even though I do not spend a penny in terms of marketing my services, I do it in an organic way.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to manage your online marketing?
Tuhin Banik: I basically use plenty of industry-leading tools like Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Deepcrawl, Screaming Frog, SERanking, and Hubspot to manage my online marketing.
What is your hiring policy/process, and how do you retain your employees?
Tuhin Banik: I generally prefer to hire people who think out of the box and execute the assigned task within a stipulated time, and in terms of retaining employees, I do the following:

How are you funding your growth?
Tuhin Banik: I have started my own venture with my own investment, so in terms of funding, I am totally self-dependent, even though I don’t have a single investor for my business.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Tuhin Banik: My competitors are PageTraffic, SEOvaley, etc. I always plan a step ahead to keep the battle on in the SEO industry. In terms of implementing and gathering new SEO tactics, I play a vital role in terms of strategizing those planning elements. Though it is my secret sauce to success, you can say I would instead not share it now.

Tuhin Banik: I have managed to bring SEO success to many of my clients. There is a sunglass brand from the USA (HeavyGlare Eyewear). I have turned their profit margin into a bigger one within a few months of my SEO methodology.
